Terms of Service

Last updated September 28, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CyberDash, the monitoring dashboard at cyberdash.org (the "Service"), provided by AppReins ("AppReins", "we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a service, or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you may bind it, and "you" includes that organization.

The Service

CyberDash aggregates monitoring, traffic, cost, and health information from third-party services you connect and presents it as dashboards, metrics, and events. The Service is a reporting layer: it does not operate, secure, or guarantee the third-party services you connect, and figures shown in the Service are informational summaries that may lag or differ from the provider's own reporting.

Accounts

Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Connected services

Connecting a service authorizes AppReins to access its API within the scopes you approve — read-only wherever the provider offers read-only access — solely to retrieve data the Service displays to you. You are responsible for complying with the third party's own terms when connecting it, for using credentials you are entitled to use, and for the scope choices you make. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the service or through the provider; sections of data already fetched may persist in caches until their rolling window expires or your account is deleted.

Acceptable use

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price stated when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access through that period. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next billing date. Payments are handled by a third-party processor; we do not store card numbers. Refunds are issued as described at purchase and as required by law. Overdue accounts may be suspended after notice.

Your data

You keep all rights to the data you connect and the data fetched from your services. We use it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Where that data contains personal information, you are the controller and AppReins is your processor; we process it on your instructions and protect it with appropriate safeguards. If you terminate, you may export your configuration, and we delete account data within 30 days of deletion except records we must keep for billing or legal reasons.

Intellectual property

AppReins owns the Service, its software, and its design. You may not copy or create derivative works from it except as needed to use it. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data as needed to provide the Service, and to use feedback you give us without restriction or attribution.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice. Beta or early-access features are provided as-is and may be withdrawn.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will detect all issues in your connected services or that displayed data is complete or timely; decisions based on it are yours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. AppReins's total liability for all claims arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify AppReins against claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or of a third party's rights, including connecting services you were not authorized to access.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach, non-payment, or legal reasons, with notice where practicable. Sections that should survive termination — fees accrued, your-data rights, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law — do survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will try to resolve disputes informally first; any suit goes to the state or federal courts located in Idaho, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Claims must be brought individually — no class or representative actions.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and continued use after that date means acceptance.
