Privacy Policy

Last updated September 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AppReins ("AppReins", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use CyberDash, the monitoring dashboard available at cyberdash.org (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.

What we collect

How we use it

We use this information to operate the Service: to authenticate you, to fetch and display monitoring data from the services you connect, to bill subscriptions, to detect and prevent abuse, and to communicate with you about the Service (operational messages such as security notices; marketing only with your consent). We do not sell your information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing

We share information only with the providers that operate the Service, under contract: Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (authentication and database), our payment processor for subscription billing, and Google for sign-in. We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, your data, or the Service. Data you connect stays attributable to your account and is not combined across customers or published.

Access you authorize to third parties

Connecting a service grants AppReins access to that service's API within the scopes you approve — read-only wherever the provider offers it. We use that access solely to retrieve the data the Service displays to you. You can revoke it at any time by disconnecting the service in CyberDash or through the provider's own account settings; revocation also ends our ability to fetch new data.

Retention

We keep account and configuration data while your account is active. Cached metrics and events are retained on rolling windows and refreshed from your connected services. When you delete your account, or when you ask us to delete it, we delete your account data, connection credentials, and fetched metrics within 30 days, except where we must keep records for billing, tax, or legal reasons.

Security

Data travels over TLS and stored connection credentials are encrypted at rest. Access inside AppReins is limited to what operations require. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please use dedicated, least- privilege, read-only credentials when connecting services and rotate them regularly.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information from the Service or by emailing us. Depending on where you live — for example California, the EEA, or the UK — you may have additional rights to know, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to complain to your local authority. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

International transfers

AppReins operates in the United States and processes information in the US. If you use the Service from elsewhere, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US, which we protect as described in this policy.

Children

The Service is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
